Both sides of the question… should prostitution be legalized

My sister worked at a ministry for prostitutes and all of them had been sexually abused as children by family members. I would rather have them get therapy than legalize it. On the other hand, it is kind of like marijuana in that is it worth all the time and effort that goes into it when there are bigger criminals? What do you think?
