As Paul said tonight…volunteering for OT always sounds better when you volunteer rather than when you actually have to work it!!  I did an 1800 to 2200 shift for Alayna tonight, went home for an hour and came back for 2300 to 0700… I seem to be just a little irritable, everytime I hear a mike starting to key up, I get that little irritation jolt in my brain…

I didn’t have much time awake at home today…I did get to hold Billy and Baxter while “he” put ear drops in their ears…now that’s a good time… Billy stuck a toe nail into my left shoulder that I”m afraid will start seeping diet pepsi if I drink too fast.  Freckles is still a nervous wreck…I sure hope MIL gets out of the nursing home soon before one of us is forced to go on anxiety meds.

Paul also told me tonight that he has used Taxact.com for the last couple of years to do his own taxes instead of paying $100+ dollars for someone else to do it.  I never have enough deductions to trump the standard deduction and Katy is officially on her own this year so I’ve lost her as a deduction so I think I’m going to try it…has anyone else?….and quite frankly, what if I screw them up, I’m sure I will be forgiven because it wasn’t intentional just an oversight, I mean how did I know I was suppose to claim…well, you fill in the blank….
