While my understanding is that saltpeter in calming the sexual urge in men is actually an urban legend, so to speak, and has actually been used over the years in certain meats and as gunpowder, I believe it is worth a try and perhaps should be used to flavor coffee at the government coffee gourmet shops.  It is also my understanding that introducing saltpeter into the body is actually a dangerous habit; our politicians’ inability to keep their peters in their pants is a dangerous habit for the American people…so perhaps we ought to just count our losses……

…but on second thought,  perhaps we are finding that the introduction of saltpeter can cause brain damage when used in arrogant office holders and governors…this may be the answer to the question…is the governor of Illinois a victim of  science or just a moron…..
