Happiness gently landed on my shoulders

Christmas Tree

I have not decorated the tree yet because I haven’t had time/wondered what the cats would do with the tree…it has been over on the floor twice.  Do you think after I put little baubles and sparkling angels and things on it that they will leave it alone….

It works for her! ( She wanted me  tp put sprayed but I wanted to put peed because peed is funny)Have you been watching scrubs

  2. I’m sure the cats will be frightened off by the ornaments and dangly shiny things and will absolutely stay a safe distance.  Just to be sure make sure you put lots of ornaments on the bottom so the hang just above the floor.  If you want to keep dogs away put lots and lots of real candy canes, and strings of popcorn. 🙂

  4. Hmm.  I had a cat who climbed a Christmas tree.  maybe have a spray bottle of water handy and squirt them if they try any funny stuff.  We do not have the bottom of our tree decorated because the pug eats the ornaments.

  5. I’ve never had a cat, but it seems logical that they would want to bat at and try to get the shiny things!  I do know that with my dog, the little “stuffed animal” kinds of ornaments have tp be high enough that she can’t reach them.  I think she thinks they are prey!  LOLKathi
